Job Title: Primary School Teaching Support Specialist

Ribbons and Reeves Limited has partnered with a thriving Primary School in Bexley, London to recruit a skilled Teaching Assistant looking to progress into a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant role. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about education, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering exceptional support to students.

The successful candidate can anticipate a salary between £25,000 and £30,000 per annum, based on experience. As a Teaching Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting teachers with lesson planning, providing individualized support to students, and maintaining accurate records of student progress. About the Role:
• Deliver tailored support to students in small groups or one-on-one
• Help teachers develop and implement engaging lesson plans
• Monitor and record student progress, identifying areas for improvement
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:
• GCSEs at grade C or above in English and Maths
• Proven experience working with children in an educational setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
