Dedicated SEN Support Specialist for Young Learners

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Support Specialist to join our outstanding primary school in Waltham Forest, London.
As a key member of our team, you will provide tailored 1:1 support to two pupils in EYFS and KS1/2, focusing on their individual learning needs. You will work closely with our teachers to adapt the curriculum to meet each child's requirements.
Your responsibilities will include managing and supporting behavioural regulation strategies, helping pupils develop self-confidence and a love for learning, and encouraging an inclusive, patient, and positive learning environment.
To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum 2:1 degree from a top 20 UK university, strong A-Level results, and exceptional listening and communication skills to connect effectively with young learners.
