Job Title: Digital Marketer

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Adecco UK Limited. As a key member of our marketing team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of our marketing strategy, drive lead generation, and measure campaign success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy
  • Create engaging content to drive lead generation and conversions
  • Implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, both organic and paid
  • Develop market automation journeys for retargeting and upsell purposes
  • Maintain an up-to-date marketing activity schedule
  • Perform regular analysis and reporting on marketing campaigns
  • Conduct research and competitor analysis
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a marketing role
  • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to create high-quality content
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Outstanding organisational and planning abilities
  • Creative design skills using Canva or a similar platform
  • Attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Experience delivering campaigns across multiple channels
  • Proficient in collecting and analysing numerical data to measure campaign success
  • A self-starter with a desire to learn and grow
Education:
  • Marketing, English, or Business Studies Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in digital marketing, marketing campaigns, or marketing communications
