Digital Marketing Executive Opportunity
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at TalentHawk. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing effective digital marketing and content strategies that drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Development: Create high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, social media updates, and email campaigns, that aligns with our brand and target audience.
- Design and Visuals: Design visually appealing marketing materials, such as social media graphics, landing pages, and email templates, using Canva.
- CRM and Data Analysis: Utilize our CRM system to nurture leads, track customer interactions, and analyze campaign performance.
- SEO and Search Engine Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
- Social Media Management: Manage our social media channels, engage with our audience, and monitor trends.
- Performance Tracking and Analysis: Track and analyze digital marketing performance using various tools and metrics.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (ideally)
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on content creation, design, and CRM.
- Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing principles.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
