About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Trade Field Sales Designer to join our team. As a Trade Field Sales Designer, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, showcasing our kitchen and bedroom designs, and guiding customers through the design process.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience: Inspire customers by showcasing the boundless possibilities of our kitchen and bedroom designs. Guide customers throughout the entire process, from initial inquiry to their first design, and witness the transformation of their dream kitchen & bedrooms into reality.
  • Home Surveys: Conduct thorough surveys of customers' homes, accurately measuring and capturing reference photos. You will explain this process to the customer during your visit.
  • Schedule Management: Effectively manage your schedule, allocating sufficient time to each customer to create their dream design.
  • Lead Generation: Remain an active presence in your area, proactively identifying opportunities to generate interest in Wren Kitchens Limited, and actively follow up and keep in contact with all leads, using our sales process to guarantee success.

About You:
