Residential Services Coordinator

Flashcare Recruitment Limited seeks an exceptional Residential Services Coordinator to join our team in Hexham. This exciting opportunity involves managing a residential service for disabled children, providing a supportive and inclusive environment that enables them to thrive.
The role requires a 37-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, with a 3-6 month cover initially, potentially leading to a temporary permanent position. We offer a competitive hourly rate of up to £25.00, depending on experience, which equates to a salary range of £45,000 to £49,400 per annum, plus a £700 on-call allowance.
Key responsibilities include leading and managing the service, collaborating with families and professionals to address the complex needs of children and young people, designing personalized support plans, and maintaining a secure and welcoming atmosphere for residents.
Applicants should hold a Registered Manager qualification, possess relevant experience in residential care for disabled children, demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, and showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
