Nelson Bridges is seeking a skilled Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team in Hexham.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a caseload of Residential and Commercial matters, including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, leases, transfers of equity, and other general property matters under supervision.

  • Responsibilities include dealing with all aspects of Agricultural Law, including sales and purchases, FBT / AHA, and business sale and purchase agreements.
Working Arrangements

The successful candidate will work closely with Partners to develop client relationship skills and effectively scope and price work.

A competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum is on offer for this exciting opportunity.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience in Conveyancing and Agricultural Law would be advantageous but not essential.
