Job Title: HR Data Systems Advisor

Salary: £30,108

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of data and SuccessFactors processes, including data changes, anomalies, and their resolution
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to meet business requirements, including the HR Data Systems Team, Data Analysts, Business Data Leads, EITS, and Change Management
  • Identify and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives within the HR Data Systems Team, fostering innovative thinking and overseeing the implementation of new ideas
  • Ensure strict adherence to governance and control protocols for all incoming and outgoing data

Requirements:

  • Understanding of Data Quality principles and best practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
  • A level of familiarity with technology platforms relevant to the service area, such as payroll systems and data analysis/reporting tools
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Working knowledge of governance and control frameworks, ensuring compliance with organisational standards and regulations
  • Sound understanding of data protection and document retention policies, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to legal requirements
