We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant to join our team at Morson Talent. As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the HR Partner team in delivering high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Support the analysis of industry trends and company data to identify opportunities for improvement in HR service delivery.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and synergy across the organization.
- Monitor and report on critical business processes, using tools such as Success Factors, to enable people activities such as Reward, Learning and Development.
- Undertake business support tasks, including collecting, organizing and distributing information, and preparing reports to support objectives.
- Organize presentations and collect information to support absence reviews and other HR-related activities.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a basic understanding of company policies and procedures, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Experience in HR or a related field is essential, and you will need to have a strong understanding of HR systems and processes.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, flexible, and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
