Job Title: Data Analyst - Business Intelligence Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst - Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team at Onyx-Conseil. As a Data Analyst - Business Intelligence Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data across all systems used by the Data Systems team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Take the lead on ensuring a high level of accuracy and consistency of data held across all systems used by the Data Systems team.
- Data Capture: Capture key data, metrics, and volumes to support delivery of the range of services, ensure the team are processing to agreed standards, enable monitoring of productivity and measure accuracy across the team, and in the wider business.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the Lead Data Analysts and key stakeholders to understand and investigate data integrity issues, working with the relevant teams to resolve quickly and effectively.
- Reporting: Support the Management Team in providing performance data that supports the daily, weekly and monthly metrics and team productivity.
- Dashboard Development: Maintain intuitive reports and dashboards to allow the Team to demonstrate the range of data quality work both within and external to the team.
- Reporting Capability: Generate and maintain reporting capability to ensure that the Team's reporting requirements are facilitated.
- Data Integrity: Create and maintain a detailed register of known data integrity issues to ensure that all risks are fully understood.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop and mature relationships with all key stakeholders.
- RPA Process Management: Responsible for the management of all Data Systems RPA processes, including running the automated 'BOTS' and ensuring all the relevant tools and sources of information used are maintained within agreed governance.
- Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies and raised incidents ensuring that steps are put in place to fix these and prevent repetition of the same issue.
- Data Governance: Awareness of the exposure to sensitive data and information necessary to perform the role.
- Validation and Review: Ensure robust governance and control is adhered to in respect of all data received and sent, and there are the appropriate levels of validation, and peer review at all times and Project support.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Advanced MS Excel Skills: Advanced in MS Excel skills.
- Data Cleansing Experience: Data Cleansing experience.
Desirable:
- Qualification in Data: Degree or equivalent in Data.
- Business Intelligence Tools: Alteryx or Tableau experience an advantage.
- HR Systems: Experience of SuccessFactors or equivalent HR Systems.
- Data Governance: Data governance experience/awareness.
