  • Business Acumen: Develop a comprehensive understanding of other service streams or functions that use HR data, including IT, VRS, and Payroll, and how this data is interpreted or affects outcomes.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure strict adherence to governance and control protocols for all incoming and outgoing data, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and familiar with technology platforms relevant to the service area, such as payroll systems and data analysis/reporting tools.
  • Business Acumen: Working knowledge of governance and control frameworks, ensuring compliance with organisational standards and regulations.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Sound understanding of data protection and document retention policies, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to legal requirements.
