Job Title: Service Coordinator

Alarm Communications Limited is seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to join our team in London Fields. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality inbound and outbound telephone and email support to clients
  • Respond quickly and positively to client communications, ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues
  • Manage customer queries and concerns, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges via email and telephone, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of customer transactions
  • Work closely with the Operations Team to improve customer experience and ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Invoice and quote from engineer reports, ensuring accurate and timely billing of clients
  • Process sales and purchase invoices, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Plan and schedule maintenance and reactive works, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services
  • Invoice clients and manage payment schedules, ensuring timely receipt of payments
  • Perform ad-hoc project work as required, supporting the team in achieving business objectives
Requirements:
  • A high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and achieving business objectives
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • At least two years' relevant experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Five or more GCSEs, including maths and English to a minimum of 'C' level
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word, with ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery
