About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Conference and Events Supervisor to join our team at the Celtic Manor Resort. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of events across the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the day-to-day organisation of the department, ensuring that all events are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Organise and brief staff teams involved with the food and beverage element of events.
  • Ensure that all events are delivered in line with the company's customer service standards.
  • Work closely with the events team to ensure that all events are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • Experience in a hospitality operations role, preferably in a 4* or 5* hotel or a high-volume events environment.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for delivering high levels of customer service.
