About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conference and Events Supervisor to join our team at the Celtic Manor Resort. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day organization of events, ensuring that our customers receive a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the organization of events, including coordinating with staff and vendors
  • Ensure that events are delivered to the highest standards of quality and service
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and events

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality operations, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of events management software and systems
