We are a leading provider of children's wraparound care in the UK, offering a range of roles in our Breakfast, After School and Holiday Clubs. As a result, we are looking for a skilled Club Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have management and team leading experience, as well as a passion for working with children. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and nurture your skills while making a real difference in the lives of our young customers.

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to lead our Breakfast and After School programmes at Park Lane & Moorlands Primary School. As a Club Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring effective communication between the venue, team, parents, school, and Central Operations. You will also provide inclusive, fun, and engaging care for our children while inspiring them to explore their interests.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the Breakfast and After School programmes.
  • Plan, supervise, and deliver planned activities with structure and enthusiasm, including multi-sports, games, arts & crafts, downtime, and structured play.
  • Implement protocols and policies with team members, ensuring children in our care are our responsibility.
  • Ensure effective communication with the venue, team, parents, school, and Central Operations.

**Requirements**

  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Child Development, or related fields).
  • Experience in a similar role or within the childcare sector.
  • Management and team leading experience, preferably in an educational setting.
  • SEN experience is desirable but not essential.
