Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Club Manager to join our team at Junior Adventures Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and delivering high-quality care and activities to children in our Breakfast, After School, and Holiday Clubs.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure effective communication between your venue, team members, parents, schools, and Central Operations.
  • Provide inclusive, fun, and engaging care for children while inspiring them to explore their interests.
  • Plan, supervise, and deliver planned activities with structure and enthusiasm, including multi-sports, games, arts & crafts, downtime, and structured play.
  • Implement protocols and policies with team members, ensuring the safety and well-being of children in our care.

Requirements
  • Management and team-leading experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Degree-level qualifications or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • An enhanced DBS check.
  • The ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team.
