A supportive role helping to manage activities for children in a school setting.

About the Role
  • Support the management of a team in delivering a safe and effective programme.
  • Help plan and supervise activities such as sports, games, arts and crafts, and structured play.
  • Implement policies and protocols with the team members.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan and execute engaging activities that promote maximum participation.
  2. Maintain effective communication with the Club Manager, parents, and other stakeholders.
  3. Supervise and assist team members in their daily tasks.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and be proactive in creating a positive environment.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £7.50 per hour, which translates to approximately £168 per week for 22.5 hours and £300 per week during holiday clubs.
