Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual with excellent communication skills to manage our After School Club. The ideal candidate will have experience in management and team leading, as well as a genuine passion for working with children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging activity plans to inspire children and encourage their interests
- Supervise and support a team of staff to ensure the safety and well-being of children in our care
- Build strong relationships with parents, school staff, and local community groups to promote our services
Requirements:
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in childcare or education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enhanced DBS check required
