Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the after school club, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for students.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our students.
- Maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff members.
- Assess and record student progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to support their development.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, reporting any incidents or concerns to relevant authorities.
- Perform administrative tasks, including managing finances, maintaining records, and communicating with parents and staff.
- Clean and maintain the after school club area, including toilets and equipment.
- Respond to first aid situations, documenting incidents and treatments provided.
Requirements:
- NVQ3 or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
- Aptitude for first aid and emergency response.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and students.
- Experience working with students with learning difficulties and disabilities.
