We are looking for dedicated art educators to join our team as coordinators for a children's after school club. The club aims to empower young minds by providing a fun and interactive environment where kids can explore their creativity using Lego and technology.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about art education, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively with children and colleagues.

Salary: £35-£45 per hour (starting rate £35 for Building Blocks and £40 for other clubs). Travel expenses are covered, and a £5 cycling payment is provided.

About the Role

  • Coordinate and deliver creative workshops to children aged 4-13
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and activities that promote artistic expression and learning
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistency and quality of teaching
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Enhanced DBS certificate
  • Ability to commit to coordinating at least one weekly hour-long session
  • Willingness to participate in a 2-hour training session and complete safeguarding documentation
