Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Innovation Director to lead our Breakfast and New Categories team at Premier Foods. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving innovation and growth across our Breakfast and New Categories portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive innovation strategy to drive growth and profitability across our Breakfast and New Categories portfolio.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful innovation projects, from concept development to market launch.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including R&D, Factory, Sales, and Finance, to ensure alignment and effective execution of innovation projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including suppliers and industry experts, to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple innovation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the Breakfast and New Categories team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering successful innovation projects.
  • Strong understanding of the food and beverage industry, with a focus on Breakfast and New Categories.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
