Innovation Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Innovation Controller to lead our Breakfast and New Categories team. As a key member of our innovation leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering an innovation pipeline across our exciting portfolio of brands, including FUEL10K and Ambrosia.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive innovation strategy to drive growth and profitability in the Breakfast and New Categories space.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful innovation projects, from concept development to market launch.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including R&D, Factory, Sales, and Finance, to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
- Partner with external suppliers and partners to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Drive business case development, cross-functional leadership, and in-market delivery to ensure successful innovation outcomes.
Requirements:
- 6-8+ years of experience in FMCG or brand-led organizations, with a focus on food and drink innovation.
- Proven track record of delivering successful innovation projects, with a strong bias for action and personal accountability.
- Strong commercial orientation, with the ability to analyze market data, identify insights, and make compelling business recommendations.
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior stakeholders.
