Innovation Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Innovation Controller to lead our Breakfast and New Categories team. As a key member of our innovation team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering innovative products and solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive innovation strategy for the Breakfast and New Categories team, aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products and solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including R&D, Manufacturing, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure seamless execution of innovation projects.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Breakfast and New Categories space.
- Develop and manage budgets and resources to support innovation projects, ensuring effective use of company resources.
- Partner with external suppliers and partners to identify and leverage new technologies and innovations that can drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- 6-8+ years of experience in innovation, product development, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering successful innovation projects.
- Strong understanding of the Breakfast and New Categories market, including trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
