Our client is a leading provider of benefits and expenses software, established in 1996. They are now looking for a Technical Helpdesk Advisor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Job Description

The Technical Helpdesk Advisor will act as the first point of contact for customers, providing technical support via phone, email, live chat, and remotely. The role involves creating help and support articles, delivering great day-to-day customer care, testing software, and conducting occasional demonstrations and training for customers.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer support role (preferred but not essential)
  • Previous experience of Microsoft Windows 10 and 11, as well as MS Office applications and Office 365
  • An organised approach to work
  • The ability to work to multiple deadlines
