Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Team Leader to join our team at Portico Corporate Reception Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and developing our welcome team to provide exceptional client care and personal service to all stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. They will be able to set the example, supervise, and develop a large, diverse team, and promote change. The successful candidate must be able to engage with others to create rapport and handle multiple requests simultaneously.

Previous supervisory customer service experience is essential, preferably within a similar environment. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and develop the welcome team to provide exceptional client care and personal service
  • Ensure the team is equipped to handle multiple requests simultaneously
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
