We are looking for a Reception Team Leader (Welcome Team Leader) to supervise our welcome team and ensure our clients receive excellent service.

The role of the Reception (Welcome) Team Leader is to supervise and develop the team to provide the highest level of client care and personal service.

Shifts: 40 hours per week, shifts between 7am-6pm from Mon-Fri

Salary: £32,000 per annum

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude. They will be proactive, flexible, and able to set the example, supervise and develop a large, diverse team.

Previous supervisory customer service experience is essential. Preferably, within a similar environment.
