**Job Summary**
We are looking for a dedicated Physiotherapist with experience in assessing and treating patients with physical and mental health conditions. As a Functional Assessor, you will use your clinical expertise to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life. Your role will involve conducting assessments, producing reports, and developing treatment plans to help customers move forward with their lives.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct telephone, video, or face-to-face assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life
- Produce Personal Independent Payment (PIP) reports to help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) determine a person's eligibility for benefits
- Develop your clinical knowledge and assessment skills with the support of regular feedback and supervision

**Requirements**
- Valid HCPC registration number
- At least 1 year of broad post-registration experience gained within or outside of the NHS
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using computer software to type and produce detailed reports
