Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our team at Salt. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for supporting the Creative team and working closely with production/project management to deliver high-quality campaigns to our clients.

Brief:

  1. Support the Creative team in the development of creative work.
  2. Work closely with production/project management to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
  3. Attend client-facing meetings to present work to clients.
  4. Manage and coordinate asset delivery to the markets.
  5. Demonstrate a full understanding of the creative process.
  6. Support the Account Director in the review of creative work.
  7. Responsible for writing all necessary Creative Development briefs.
  8. Proven track record of managing campaigns at an operational level.
  9. Integrated (Digital, ATL & BTL) + advertising origination + production.
  10. Solid in Apple software (Microsoft for Mac), esp. PowerPoint, Excel, Keynote.
  11. Numerate with a good understanding of financial management + profitability.
  12. Working with the Global strategy team for the creation of larger creative briefs.
