We are seeking a skilled Repairs Service Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of a high-quality repairs and maintenance service across mixed tenure housing stock.

This role will involve managing the operational delivery of repairs and maintenance, enhancing the customer experience and contributing to the strategic direction of the managed service.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of housing repairs, knowledge of voids management and be able to demonstrate effective reporting mechanisms for repairs delivery.

Core responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the operational delivery of a high-quality repairs and maintenance service
  • Responsible for the operational management of void repairs through a surveyor and contractor
  • Contribute to setting the strategic direction and budgets of managed service
