This exciting role will be responsible for managing all aspects of site operations, including maintenance repairs, void room checks, compliance checks, and ensuring high cleaning standards across the site.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for line managing a team of General Assistants, allocating tasks, and managing workloads to prioritize the needs of the business.

The Accommodation Operations Manager will also be responsible for completing finance tasks, communicating with tenants and the wider team, and providing a quality customer service to customers.

The role will involve working with other Assistant Accommodation Managers on monthly checks of buildings, raising repairs, and completing inspections of void rooms and occupied rooms.

We are looking for a professional individual who is a team player and has excellent communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of site operations, including maintenance repairs, void room checks, and compliance checks
  • Line manage a team of General Assistants and allocate tasks to prioritize the needs of the business
  • Complete finance tasks, including processing rent payments and invoices
  • Communicate with tenants and the wider team and provide a quality customer service to customers
  • Work with other Assistant Accommodation Managers on monthly checks of buildings and inspections of void rooms and occupied rooms

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage a team of General Assistants
