We are seeking a skilled Car Sales Professional to join our team at HCP International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Present and demonstrate our range of vehicles to customers, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs and preferences.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with customers, ensuring a seamless and transparent process.
  • Collaborate with our sales administration team to ensure accurate product availability, place orders, and update records.
  • Follow up with customers post-delivery to ensure their satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Work closely with colleagues to provide outstanding customer service and achieve team goals.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A quick learner with strong decision-making abilities, able to analyze complex situations and make informed decisions.
  • A strong work ethic, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting the needs of our customers and business.
  • A keen eye for detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Proficient in using PC software, including Microsoft applications.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive basic salary of £25,000, with an uncapped OTE of £40,000 - £55,000.
