Location: Newbury

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Executive to join a well-established and highly successful Dealership in the automotive retail industry. The successful candidate will be working with a German Prestige Brand, offering a basic salary of £18,000 plus commission (up to £55,000), with a fair guarantee for the first 3 months while they settle in and receive training. The company offers an excellent commission structure, a very desirable brand with a large market share, and a company car.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maximize sales opportunities while ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
  2. Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
  3. Achieve monthly sales targets for New and Used vehicles, achieving the minimum profit targets.
  4. Achieve monthly sales targets for additional profit centres including finance and insurance.
  5. Identify and target prospective clients.
  6. Make appointments to discuss prospects and clients' needs.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Experience of sales within the Motor Trade is required for this role.
  2. Experience of the Kerridge/ADP DMS system would be highly advantageous.
  3. Self-motivated and dedicated individual.
  4. Ability to work within a team.
  5. Must have a Driving License.
  6. Excellent telephone and face-to-face communication skills.
  7. Highly presentable, ambitious, and target-driven, with a strong passion for car sales to meet and exceed agreed targets for the sale of vehicles and related products.
