Payroll Finance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Finance Assistant to join our team at United Living Group.
Key Responsibilities:- Expense Management: Review and process employee expenses through multiple systems across 4 different payrolls, ensuring compliance with company policies and HMRC regulations.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile expenses with receipts and supporting documents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Reporting: Prepare 2 weekly expenses reports and summaries, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
- Communication: Address queries related to expenses submission and company policies, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to facilitate the expenses approval process, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Accurate and numerate, with excellent computer skills in Excel.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Time Management: Ability to work quickly and accurately within deadlines, with a strong attention to detail.
- Teamwork: Enthusiastic and able to work as part of a small team, with good interpersonal skills.
- Construction Industry Scheme Experience: Experience working in the Construction Industry Scheme.
- Shared Service Environment: Experience working in a Shared Service Environment.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in expenses processing or payroll roles.
