About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Collections Strategy Analyst to join our team at Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment. As a key member of our credit risk department, you will be responsible for developing and managing collections strategies that drive business growth and improve customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement collections strategies that align with business objectives
  • Monitor and report on customer arrears, providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
  • Support the development of predictive models and analytics to inform collections strategies
Requirements
  • Proven experience in collections analytics and strategy development
  • Strong understanding of credit risk principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
