Job Title : Business Analyst Contract : 1-month rolling contract (minimum 3 months)
Location : On-site (3 days a week every week) - Bradford
Start Date : ASAP
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team on a rolling contract. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully collecting, analysing, and managing data to support business objectives. This role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively with multiple teams, solve complex business problems, and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will be required to work on-site 3 days a week to ensure seamless collaboration with key teams and stakeholders.

Data Collection & Analysis : Gather, analyse, and interpret data to support business decision-making processes.
Requirements Gathering : Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for technical teams.
Data Management : Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across relevant systems.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes using data-driven insights.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication and understanding of business needs.
Generate comprehensive reports that present data findings and insights to senior management.
On-Site Collaboration : Be present on-site 3 days a week to collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders.

Proven Experience : Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with a focus on data collection, data analysis, and management.
Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.

Must be able to work on-site 3 days a week .
Available to start ASAP .
This is a rolling contract with a minimum commitment of 3 months.
