Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to support our team's data-driven decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of collecting, analyzing, and managing data to drive business objectives. This role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively with multiple teams, solve complex business problems, and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Candidates with experience in infrastructure environments are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection & Analysis : Gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform business decision-making processes.
  • Requirements Gathering : Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for technical teams.
  • Data Management : Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across relevant systems.
  • Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to improve business processes using data-driven insights.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication and understanding of business needs.
  • Reporting : Generate comprehensive reports that present data findings and insights to senior management.
  • On-Site Collaboration : Be present on-site 3 days a week to collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven Experience : Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with a focus on data collection, data analysis, and management.
  • Problem Solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key issues and develop practical solutions.
  • Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Stakeholder Management : Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Detail-Oriented : Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Adaptability : Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.

Key Requirements

  • Must be able to work on-site 3 days a week.
  • Available to start ASAP.
  • This is a rolling contract with a minimum commitment of 3 months.
