Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team on a rolling contract. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully collecting, analysing, and managing data to support business objectives. This role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively with multiple teams, solve complex business problems, and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will be required to work on-site 3 days a week to ensure seamless collaboration with key teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, analyse, and interpret data to support business decision-making processes.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for technical teams.
  • Data Management: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across relevant systems.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve business processes using data-driven insights.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication and understanding of business needs.
  • Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports that present data findings and insights to senior management.
  • On-Site Collaboration: Be present on-site 3 days a week to collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with a focus on data collection, data analysis, and management.
  • Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key issues and develop practical solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Adaptability: Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.


Key Requirements

  • Must be able to work on-site 3 days a week.
  • Available to start ASAP.
  • This is a rolling contract with a minimum commitment of 3 months.
