At Priory Adult Care, we are seeking an experienced Care Manager to lead our team and provide high-quality care to our residents. About the Role:
This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary of £36,000 per annum. As a Senior Residential Care Lead, you will oversee all areas of the home, including budgets and quality. You will ensure the highest standards of care are delivered to residents and manage and motivate staff to achieve their goals.

Requirements:
  • Previous managerial experience in a similar environment
  • Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards
