Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Insurance Business Development Professional to join our team at Brave Human Capital Group.

About the Role

This is a full-time position based in Ashford, Kent, with a regular working week from Monday to Friday, 9.00-5.00.

As an Insurance Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying and capitalising on sales opportunities, meeting and exceeding sales targets, working collaboratively with colleagues, and continuously developing product knowledge and skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
  • Identify and capitalise on sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the insurance industry.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a desire to achieve excellence.
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is around £40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
