Financial Assistant

Fusion Lifestyle is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing high volumes of invoices and credit notes, reconciling monthly supplier statements, and maintaining the company's purchase and sales ledgers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Liaising with suppliers, clients, and third-party providers to resolve queries and issues.
- Processing invoices and credit notes in a timely and efficient manner.
- Reconciling supplier statements and maintaining the Accounts Payable ledger.
- Providing excellent customer service and communication skills.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and other financial software.
