Enterprise Sales Specialist

We are looking for an expert in Enterprise Sales to join our dynamic and growing team at Navro.
About NavroWe are building the world's first regulated payments curation platform, consolidating best-in-class payments infrastructure under our ecosystem.
This enables marketplaces and eCommerce brands to scale their payments operations smoothly around the world.

The Role- Develop an entrepreneurial mindset of the highest calibre, effective across core markets such as marketplaces, ecommerce, payroll and pensions, across Europe and soon to be Canada and the US.
- Utilise business development and consultative selling skills with results-orientation to meet/exceed assigned financial and customer satisfaction goals.
- Pro-actively hunt for opportunities and work closely with internal sales development resources to drive new business.
- Communicate with sales people, shared support services and external partners to expand Navro's global reach.
- Stay up-to-date with daily market information, including reading B2B payment commentary and future predictions.
- Provide analytical reporting to monitor all aspects of the account, understanding key drivers, learnings and trends.
- Have a proven track record of 10+ years at the top of your game within a Fintech purely as a new business hunter – ideally an EMI within Europe.
- Manage and close complex sales cycles with multi-year contracts of seven figures, exceeding goals with clear outcomes.
- Have a robust network of contacts and a strong understanding of collections, FX and pay-outs.
- Be data-driven and analytical, with full accountability for your success.
- Develop profitable pricing strategies and demonstrate sales ability, focusing on creating a positive first impression.
