BrighterBox is a fast-growing fintech company redefining IT access for small and medium-sized enterprises. We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Specialist to join our team in Central London.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum + OTE

About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in building sales processes from the ground up, collaborating closely with our founder to craft an effective sales playbook. Your primary mission will be to generate and close new business opportunities, leveraging your sales expertise to drive growth.

You will present and pitch our innovative products and services, becoming the best person in the company at explaining and pitching them. Collaborating with our marketing team, you will develop strategic account lists of target prospects, events, and forums to provide feedback and help identify best practices for refining our lead-generation playbook.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • To experiment with different messaging and outbound strategies to strategically identify, prospect, and qualify potential customers to spark interest in our technology
  • To build rapport and drive change through strong commercial acumen and communication skills
  • To leverage problem-solving and analytical mindset to meet or exceed targets
  • To work independently and self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
