Frazer Jones is delighted to be working with a leading global financial services organisation to find a skilled Reward Transformation Project Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reward professional to join a dynamic team and contribute to a major transformation project.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Transformation Leads within Reward and HR to deliver a comprehensive reward and benefits review, including the integration of a new HR system. This will involve identifying opportunities to automate reward operations and integrating these activities with the new system.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of reward policy and processes, as well as experience working on similar transformation projects. They will be able to communicate effectively with key stakeholders and manage ad hoc projects to identify and develop solutions within reward and benefits.
This is a two-year fixed term contract initially, with the possibility of extension. The role offers a competitive basic salary, bonus, and excellent benefits. The organisation is based in London and offers a hybrid working arrangement, with three days in the office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Project managing the reward and benefits review, including the integration of the new HR system.
- Identifying and championing opportunities to automate reward operations.
- Helping to draft reward and benefit processes and communicating with key stakeholders.
- Coordinating with other subject matter experts within HR and key stakeholders to secure approval of design changes.
- Managing and owning ad hoc projects to identify and develop solutions within reward and benefits.
- Acting as the primary subject matter expert for HR Business Partners and their stakeholders to enable them to make decisions, interpret policies, and resolve complex issues.
- Building and maintaining a network of professional relationships to tap into and develop the best policies and plans for the organisation.
