Project Planning & Controls Specialist

CPC Project Services is seeking a skilled Project Planning & Controls Specialist to join our team in London & South-East. As a specialist in project planning and controls, you will play a crucial role in delivering infrastructure, property, and transformational change projects.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic individual to work with a variety of clients across rail, aviation, and utility sectors, on infrastructure and capital delivery projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that operational issues are managed, interfacing with project leaders, project managers, planners, cost managers, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Good knowledge of EVM and project controls methodologies.
  • Advising on complex requirements, conducting analysis, and implementing corrective measures effectively.
  • Managing project planning or risk controls delivery across medium/high complexity programmes.
  • Driving change processes through effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Checking project controls inputs, recording, and reports produced.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working on projects for TfL, Network Rail, or other train operating companies.
  • Primavera P6 experience.
  • Understanding of project and risk management methodologies.
  • Degree qualification (or equivalent).
