Job Description

Job Title: HR Business Partner - Transformation Change

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at The Ardonagh Group. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in delivering transformation change through mergers and acquisitions, strategic change projects, and other business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with executive leaders to drive business outcomes and deliver strategic change projects
  • Lead on the delivery of pre- and post-merger people activity, including organizational design, talent management, and change management
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and transformation
  • Manage and develop a team of HR Consultants to deliver HR services and projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and stakeholder management
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to business leaders and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR Business Partnering, with a focus on transformation change and mergers and acquisitions
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand business drivers and priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with executive leaders and stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters
