Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary package, including a weekly pay rate of £730 - £830, plus expenses and travel allowances. With potential earnings of up to £35,000 per year (based on 46 weeks of work), you can enjoy a stable financial foundation while making a meaningful difference in people's lives.
About the RoleAs a Live-in Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers with personal care, companionship, social visits, meal planning, and light housekeeping. You will be part of a close-knit household team, providing assistance with medication management, shopping, and other daily tasks.
Requirements and Qualifications- A minimum of 1 year of care experience
- Fluent English language skills
- Possession of a valid driver's license (although not essential)
- An award-winning training course
- Accommodation provided during assignments
- Regular supervisions and support from our office team
- Scheduled breaks and flexible work patterns
