Learning Support Professional for ASD

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Professional to join our team. As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our teachers to provide individualized support to children with ASD, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve academic success. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting children with ASD and SEN on a 1:1 basis.
- Providing day-to-day support to Teachers in teaching and learning.
- Supporting colleagues in undertaking personal care related tasks.
- Working effectively alongside other teaching and support staff to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
- Adhering to Schools policies, including Safeguarding, Child Protection, and Behaviour Management.
