We are looking for a skilled and caring Care Team Support Lead to join our team on night shifts at Priory Court Care Home in Stamford. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high standards of care and support to our residents.

About the Role

As a Care Team Support Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the care team in delivering person-centred care plans, ensuring the wellbeing of each resident is prioritised at all times, and providing high standards of personal care.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing, monitoring, and undertaking monthly evaluations of care plans.
  • Supporting residents with their medication requirements and ensuring accurate records are kept.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives, visitors, and health/social care professionals involved in their wellbeing.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • An NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar care environment.
  • The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • A positive attitude to supporting and nurturing residents and staff.
