Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Care Manager to join our team at Glenholme. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the commissioning and implementation of new services in the Midlands, focusing on supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and complex needs.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in care management, preferably with experience in supported living settings. You will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team to deliver high-quality care and support. A relevant health or social care qualification and experience in PBS are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of running a home, including supervision of staff, rotas, care planning, quality assurance, training, budget management, finances, and medication management.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote independence and well-being.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support.
What We Offer

Glenholme offers a competitive salary of up to £44,000 per annum, consisting of a basic salary of £35,000-£40,000 plus a performance-related bonus. Additionally, you will enjoy:
