Role Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead in London Borough of Hackney. As a Caring Companion, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients, providing them with the support and care they need to live independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Reflect the core values of Home Instead and contribute to a positive living environment to enhance a client's quality of life.
- Document daily activities and report any significant changes in a client's needs or living conditions.
- Maintain regular communication with line manager and office staff.
- Provide companionship, home help, and personal care to clients, including accompanying them to appointments and activities.
- Ensure clients receive regular and meaningful social interaction.
- Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation and light housework.
Qualifications and Requirements
- You will be required to undergo a full DBS check.
- You do not need any care qualifications or formal experience, as we will provide you with our award-winning training.
- If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, Health Care Assistant, or caring for a loved one, we would love to hear from you.
